We accept returns and will offer a full refund in the following case(s):
– When we are unable to provide a replacement for a defective product or a wrongly sent item
– Products with an unreasonably short remaining shelf life
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and the request has to be made no later than 30 days from the date of purchase.
Any sample(s)/point(s)/rebate(s) enjoyed from the purchase of the returned item will have to be accordingly returned/reversed/repaid to us.
Once we have received the returned product in good condition, your refund will be processed within 1-3 business days for payment made via bank transfer and 3-7 business days for payment made via PayPal/credit card.
If you have a missing item in your order, please retain all packaging including the parcel box and reach out to us.
– We will check our video footage of our packing station(s) to ascertain whether the item was missed out during the packing process or went missing during the delivery process.
– In the latter case, we may need to collect the parcel back from you to check for signs of tampering when making claims against the courier company.
Late or missing refunds
If you have yet to receive your refund, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
